You can rent our banquet room for your birthday, graduation or other similar party at $175 for a two hour minimum, plus $75/hour for any additional hours. Reception Fees & Contracts

Our Weddings Room will comfortable seat up to 120 people. If your number of guests is over that, we will regretfully not be able to properly handle your event in the manner it deserves. We have a dance floor that we can put in place if you are thinking of hiring a DJ and dancing at your reception. We can recommend affordable DJs that we have used before if you like. We take great pride in providing and preparing high quality food for our events. Outside catering is not permitted and we do all food preperation on site. It is our goal to tailor your event to how you want it and within a budget you can afford to make it a first class and memorable gathering.

Wedding Reception Fees

  • Banquet Room Rental Charge for an wedding event is $2500.00. A deposit of $250.00 must be received in order to reserve the requested date. The $250.00 deposit is then applied as part of the room rental charge.
  • The cost of linens and all table service is included in the room charge.
  • All decorating is your responsibility. Additional decorating time will be permitted the day prior to your event assuming the room is not being used for another function.
  • A deposit is only refundable if the event is canceled 30 days in advance.
  • An 18% gratuity and 7.25% sales tax will automatically be added to the total bill for any food service.
  • Payment in full for the event must be made on the day of the event.
  • The wedding cake is your responsibility.
  • We can have a dance floor set up and torn down at an additional cost of $50.00.
  • Our bar serves all legal beverages and we can do either a cash or open bar as you desire. We will provide a bartender for your cash or open bar.

Reunion Fees

  • Banquet Room Rental Charge for a four-hour reunion or party is $400.00. Additional full or partial hours are $75.00 each up to a maximum charge of $500.00. A deposit of $150.00 must be received in order to reserve the requested date. The $150.00 deposit is then applied as part of the room rental charge.
  • All decorating is your responsibility. You will have access to the room for setup beginning at 9:00 AM the day of your party. Additional decorating time may be permitted assuming the room is not being used for another function.
  • A deposit is only refundable if the event is canceled 30 days in advance.
  • An 18% gratuity and 7.25% sales tax will automatically be added to all food that we prepare and serve.
  • Payment in full for the event must be made on the day of the event unless prior approval is given by Apple Valley Golf Course.
  • We do not permit outside catering. All food and beverages consumed on Club premises must be purchased from Apple Valley Golf Course.

  • Banquet Room Rental Charge for a two-hour reunion or party is $200.00. Additional full or partial hours are $75.00 each up to a maximum charge of $500.00. A deposit of $150.00 must be received in order to reserve the requested date. The $150.00 deposit is then applied as part of the room rental charge.
  • All decorating is your responsibility. You will have access to the room for setup beginning at 9:00 AM the day of your party. Additional decorating time may be permitted assuming the room is not being used for another function.
