Wedding Reception Fees

Our Banquet Room will comfortable seat up to 120 people. If your number of guests is over that, we will regretfully not be able to properly handle your event in the manner it deserves.

1.	Banquet Room Rental Charge for an event is $500.00. The banquet room is yours for five hours from your start time with no event permitted to last beyond midnight. A deposit of $250.00 must be received in order to reserve the requested date. The $250.00 deposit is then applied as part of the room rental charge.
2.	All decorating is your responsibility. You will have access to the room for setup a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event. Additional decorating time will be permitted assuming the room is not being used for another function.
3.	A deposit is only refundable if the event is canceled 30 days in advance.
4.	An 18% gratuity and 7% sales tax will automatically be added to the total bill.
5.	Payment in full for the event must be made on the day of the event, unless prior approval is given by Apple Valley Golf Course.
6.	The wedding cake is your responsibility.
7.	The cost of linens and all table service is included in the room charge.

We have a dance floor that we can put in place if you are thinking of hiring a DJ and dancing at your reception. We can recommend affordable DJs that we have used before if you like.

Outside catering is not permitted and we do all food preperation on site. Click here to go to our standard menu page and see some of our more popular meals available and prices. If you just want snack foods instead of a full meal we will also be happy to provide cheese trays, cold cuts, relish plates, hot chicken wings, meatballs and other appetizers as is you desire.

It is our goal to taylor your event to how you want it and within a budget you can afford to make it a first class and memorable gathering.
